Analytics Practice
Establish and own the look and feel of all company-related communication
Outline brand guidelines, motifs and styles for a consistent design language
Create intelligent and impactful infographic designs for all our social media channels
Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling creatives for clients
Collaborate with the sales team to design enablement decks and presentations
Visualize data and simplify D2C pricing, marketing, and optimisation strategies
Build mockups and assets for case studies for client and open source projects
Create highly engaging D2C creatives, banners and ads for social media channels
Own our internal branding and logo design for internal microSaaS products and apps
Lead all internal design initiatives in our flat, agile, and collaborative culture
Credentials & experience
Prior experience (3-4 years) in branding, graphic design or communication design
Strong portfolio of relevant previous work (brownie points for branding)
Passionate and driven, with a penchant for pixel perfect design
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colours and aesthetics
Design intelligence in visually simplifying complex subjects and statistics
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance shifting contexts
Initiative, and the drive to push boundaries and make things happen
